4. A2P Messaging Compliance
Effective August 31, 2023, all SMS and MMS messages sent to U.S. phone numbers using 10DLC (10-digit long code) phone numbers must be registered under an Application-to-Person (A2P) Campaign. By using our services, you agree to comply with all A2P messaging requirements, including but not limited to obtaining and maintaining the necessary registration for your messages.
Please be aware that A2P messaging regulations are subject to change. As a user of our services, you are solely responsible for staying informed about any updates or changes to these regulations that may impact your messaging activities. Gignotics.com is not liable for any compliance violations arising from the use of unregistered phone numbers, non-compliance with A2P requirements, or failure to stay updated on regulatory changes.
